Sovereign Britparts business hours is 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday Excluding Public holidays. Therefore, if a purchase has been made outside of these times, we will process your order as soon as possible on the next business day.
Returns Policy
Returns are subject to the following guideline;
- In its original condition and packaging intact, where applicable.
- Be unused.
- Are able to be resold.
- Contain all accessories and manuals, where applicable.
Returns of a product must occur within 30 days of the date of purchase.
Items returned after 30 days may be subject to a restocking charge.
The customer pays for shipping to return the products.
Original shipping charges will not be credited.
It is up to the management discretion where a return falls outside of the guideline mentioned above.
After a returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued via way of EFT.

Sovereign Britparts are an independent supplier of Jaguar and Land Rover parts; covering vehicles built from 1945 to present and are conveniently located just outside of Adelaide’s CBD in Kent Town, South Australia. We supply and assist both retail and trade customers all around Australia and the Asia-pacific.
